Viktoria Karsberg is VP Head of Corporate Identity and Communications at SSAB. Her responsibility for the Communication function includes Corporate External and Internal Communications, Corporate Brand and Marketing, Government Relations, and Digital Communications. Viktoria is also responsible for communication concerning HYBRIT and fossil-free steel. Outside of SSAB, Viktoria mentors up-and-coming female leaders.

Viktoria has more than 20 years experience in organizations ranging from the global steel industry to international FMCG companies. She is passionate about ways of strengthening corporations, building engagement, and improving profitability with strategic communication. She is committed to helping the Swedish industry take the lead in green transition.

Previously, Viktoria has worked with IPO readiness, been a communications consultant, and a journalist. She also has experience in working with internal corporate boards. Since 2021, Viktoria holds an Executive MBA from Stockholm School of Economics, and in 2020, she received a Bachelor Degree in Business Economy/Literature from Stockholm University.
